hello fourth grade families,I hope this newsletter finds you well. Thank you for all your hard work this week. "Alice in Wonderland" quizzes should be completed now. Teachers are giving all students an extension on the IXL Snapshot. You have until October 6th to finish it. Thank you to everyone who already has! We will be continuing DRA tests and FAST makeups next week. Some teachers will be out of office at test sites over the next couple of weeks. If your teacher is out, she will communicate that with you. You will also have self-paced nearpods on your daily plan in place of missed class. Please continue to check the Weekly Printouts tab of this website for printable notes in Math, ELA, and Writing. Learning coaches and students should be checking grades on a weekly basis. Click on Courses in the OLS to check your grades, If you have a "C" or below in a subject, click on it and determine what is causing your grade average. It could be missing/overdue assignments or failed quizzes. Please retake failed quizzes and finish incomplete work to improve your averages. Ask your teacher for help if you need more chances.
