Here's to wishing you and your family a delightful winter break! i-Ready Weekly Expectations: Now that students have completed the diagnostic, students will be using the i-Ready platform for instructional purposes. i-Ready is an online program that will personalize their learning and monitor their progress throughout the school year. i-Ready allows us to meet your child where they are and provides us with data to inform instruction. Students will be expected to complete 45 minutes of ELA instruction each week on i-Ready. Information on how to log in to i-Ready and track their weekly minutes can be found in the graphics below. Toy Comes to Life Narrative Essay due December 21st- This week we continued with Narrative writing, it's such a fun and creative form of writing! We will be finishing up our toy stories this week. Resources for this writing prompt can be found in the "Weekly Printouts" tab of our website. Students will be expected to type up their essay and turn it in through the OLS File Share to their homeroom teacher. Directions of how to turn in their essays can be found in the graphic below. We can't wait to read about your toy's adventures! FAST PM2 Testing: During the week of 1/9 when we return from break, we will have our FAST PM2 testing.
